Common Questions
I can't sign in
SetSquad uses Sign in with Apple and Sign in with Google. Make sure you're signed in to the same Apple ID or Google account you used originally. If you previously hid your email via Sign in with Apple, the relay address is still linked to your account.
The barcode scanner can't find my set
Our catalog covers LEGO sets from 2000 onwards via Rebrickable. Very old, regional, or promotional sets may be missing. You can search by set number (e.g. 10317) or theme name as a fallback.
My build timer reset or paused unexpectedly
The timer is offline-first and survives app backgrounding, screen lock, and process kills. If you saw an unexpected reset, please email support@setsquad.app with the set number, build start time, and what you were doing at the time so we can investigate.
How do I delete my account?
In the app: Profile → Settings → Delete Account. If you can't access the app, see setsquad.app/delete-account.
How do I cancel my subscription?
Subscriptions are managed by the platform you purchased on:
- iOS — Settings app → your name → Subscriptions → SetSquad → Cancel.
- Android — Google Play Store → Profile → Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions → SetSquad → Cancel.
How do I report inappropriate content or a user?
Tap the ⋯ menu on any review, comment, or profile and choose Report. We review reports within 24 hours and take action when our guidelines are violated. You can also email support@setsquad.app with a screenshot.
How do I import my existing collection?
SetSquad supports CSV imports from Brickset and Rebrickable. Export your collection from the source service, then in SetSquad go to Collection → ⋯ → Import CSV.
I lost my data after switching devices
Sign in with the same Apple ID or Google account on the new device — your collection, builds, and ratings sync from the cloud automatically. If something is missing, email support@setsquad.app with your username.
